If you are receiving this email, it is because you had entered your information on the River Surge FC Coach Interest form.

This email contains the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) risk management process for all people over 18 years of age who will be in contact with minors (coaching/training).

River Surge FC takes our player's safety seriously and having coaches follow the below process helps keep them safe.  We know your time is valuable and want to thank you for your efforts in the common goal of keeping kids safe.  RSFC’s goal is to support the coaches by communicating and following the process as efficiently as possible.
