River Surge FC Bookkeeper Needed!
River Surge FC is looking for A Club Bookkeeper to assist in managing the club. This role will be responsible for managing essential financial duties. An ideal candidate is a well-organized self-directed person who has basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to details, and Quickbooks knowledge. Club leadership will be available to support you and give direction and guidance on program details.
This is an hourly position with a workload of approximately 5 to 10 hours a week. Due to the flexible nature of this role and variable workload this will be a contract position.
The RSFC Club Bookkeeper activities could include but aren’t limited to:
1) Record financial transactions in Quickbooks
2) Maintain the Chart of Accounts
3) Manage the payables/payments – invoices, reimbursement requests, referee checks, etc.
4) Prepare contractor 1099s at year-end
5) Provide financial information to the Club Treasurer or Executive Board as needed
